Abstract
The Act amends paragraph (14) of O.C.G.A. 31-7-250 and paragraph (16) of O.C.G.A. 49-5-60 by authorizing the Department of Human Resources to establish records search fees. Prior law set a twelve dollar ceiling for such fees.
