Abstract
The Act provides for informed consent of the material risks of: (1) any surgical procedure performed under general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, or major regional anesthesia; (2) an amniocentesis diagnostic procedure; and (3) a diagnostic procedure which involves the intravenous injection of a contrast material.
